Will my picture be insured during transit?

The prints will not necessarily be insured in transit. You might be covered on your own insurance as some policies might cover goods being despatched. An insurance cost can be provided on request

What if I’m dissatisfied with the picture?

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase or if it has been damaged in transit, you will get a full refund on returning the goods.

It is for this reason, that when your picture is delivered you must check the packaging thoroughly before accepting / signing for it. (You must make a note of any damage on the delivery record. If you do not - the couriers will contest the insurance claim. The packaging and contents must also be available for inspection.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me in such circumstances, as it’s extremely important that your expectations are met.

Returning undamaged or unsuitable items

Under new distance selling regulations you have seven-day cooling off period after you have received goods in which to notify me that the painting does not match up to your expectations. If not completely satisfied the picture must be promptly returned within 30 days of receipt.

The picture should be packed carefully using the outward packaging as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement for any goods, which are damaged during return transit.

Once I have received the carefully returned item, I guarantee to refund 100% of the artwork's purchase price and your postage expenses incurred during the returning of the original. (Please forward an invoice with postage receipts).

Colour

Every effort is taken to ensure that the colour reproduction of the images displayed on this site reflect those of the originals. However, slight discrepancies might occur due to the reproduction limitations of the hardware used to view and replicate the images.

Caring for your picture

As an artist I am naturally very meticulous in my work and the greatest care is taken to ensure your picture arrives in perfect condition. Water colours and prints can be quite delicate unless protected by a frame. Please take care when removing your picture from the packaging and ensure it is stored in dry condition until it is passed on to your framer.
